Hudson makes leadership, board changes

Jim Cambon promoted, Kenneth Palko and David Frattaroli appointed

Director and vice president project development Jim Cambon has been chosen to succeed James Tuer as president, whose resignation as president and a director takes effect at the end of January.

Cambon joined Hudson in 2007 and has played a role in all aspects of its development, including the construction of the the processing plant for its GreenSpar product in Greenland.

Meanwhile, Kenneth Palko has been appointed as COO, joining from Polaris Material Corporation where he was first vice president operations and then CEO.

High Roller Sand executive vice president David Frattaroli has been added to Hudson's board, subject to TSX-V approval.

He was recently president of Industrial Minerals of CT and previously spent over 30 years with Sibelco.
